The saying goes…”It takes a village to raise a child and that can transform a whole community.
A initiative of a parenting support group faciliated by TEEC called “THE CIRCLE OF HOPE” had its first parenting workshop on Saturday 22 February 2025.
The aim is to empower, mentor and support parents young and old in a safe space.
After the feedback of the people that attended, we realized how much this is needed, because here we become one and find ways to communicate, support and deal with the struggles faced in our homes and communities especially with our children and young people.
Here we realized that we are not alone in this but there are people who truely cares.
This is a group open to men and women of all ages.
Imagine living in communities where children and young people are reaching their full potential and their dreams becomes a reality. It starts with us.
Our follow up gathering will be on 22 March 2025 from 10h00-13h00.
